Liminal Launch
Masters studio project focused on redesigning Pier 40 in San Francisco based on surface and phenomenal conditions present in the area. My project in particular centered on the transition between the city and the water, and the liminal/transitory nature of this threshold in the form of an open air kayak and small boat launching point.
